Bird's Nest with Prawn Congee and Scallop

BENEFITS:

INGREDIENTS (for 2-3 persons)
1. Brewed Bird's Nest – 3 pieces
2. Cleaned prawns – 10 pieces
3. Scallops – 3 - 4 pieces
4. 1-2 tins of rice
5. Pig's bones/Chicken's Bones – 300 – 500 grams
6. Spring Onion
7. Salt

STEPS:
1. Boil the Pig's bones/Chicken's bones together with 1-2 tins of rice until the rice is cooked.
2. Remove the Pig's bones and Chicken's bones. Turn the fire to slow.
3. Add in the clean prawn and stir for 5 mins.
4. Put in the brewed bird's nest and boil it for another 3 mins.
5. Add in a bit of salt(to your taste) and stir well.
6. Spread the spring onion and serve while hot.
